JPC are delighted to note that the Chalcroft Business Park, Southampton has been sold to Sirius Real Estate, a leading owner and operator of branded business and industrial parks in Germany and the UK.

Chalcroft Business Park spans 56 acres and includes 267,073 sq ft of warehousing space, 126,511 sq ft of outdoor industrial storage, and a 1.2-acre solar farm that provides one-third of the estate’s power. JPC acted as Project Manager and Employers Agent for the former owners and oversaw the redevelopment of the business park over a 7-year period, with some building features including solar power energy, air source heat pumps, new insulated electric loading doors, insulated roof cladding and LED lighting, achieving an EPC rating A.

 

Having just completed the redevelopment of the two remaining vacant units, the site is currently 80% occupied, and enjoys planning consent for approximately 69,000 sq ft of new industrial space.  All at JPC wish Sirius Real Estate every success at Chalcroft Business Park.
