Jason Powers
MANAGING DIRECTOR
BSC (HONS) CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT, MCIOB, DIP. CO. DIRECTION
Jason is the Founder / Managing Director of the JPC Group of companies and is responsible for Private Clients and Project Management.
He has over 20 years experience as a construction professional, working as a Project Manager and Design Manager for major contractors worldwide, including the Kier Group, the Costain Group and the UK Department for International Development.
Jason is highly experienced in the Commercial, Retail, Government and Private Sectors and has a history of delivering projects and achieving results for clients.

Colin Carnachan
DIRECTOR
BSC (HONS), ACG
Colin had a successful career at board level in the finance industry before leaving to establish his own business. He has been involved with numerous start-up and developing businesses and is currently the Founder / Managing Director of the SUMO Group of companies, one of the UK’s fastest growing survey groups. Colin has extensive experience of buying and selling businesses, has fluency with funding and banking worlds and takes an active role in brand and market development. Colin is responsible for overseeing the strategic development, marketing and finances of JPC.

Matthew Headley
DIRECTOR
MSC CONSTRUCTION COST MANAGEMENT, MCIOB, ASSOCRICS
Trained as a Quantity Surveyor and supported by a Master’s degree in Construction Cost Management, Matthew has over 15 years’ Cost and Project Management experience within the construction industry. With five of those spent within the Government sector responsible for the delivery of multiple projects across various UK Government agencies, Matthew has knowledge of both new build and refurbishment projects across the Health, Housing, Commercial, Private and Public Sectors, as supported by a portfolio of successful projects and client testimonials.

Andrew Ullyott

Andrew is a Project Manager and Civil Engineer with almost 30 years’ experience in the UK construction industry, working client side as a construction professional at partner level, with major UK / International consultants. Andrew is highly experienced in the Commercial, Residential, Infrastructure, Defence and Scientific sectors and has a history of delivering projects and achieving results for both Public and Private sector clients. Andrew heads up the Bristol Office and is responsible for Commercial and Government Project Management.

Phe Yianni
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
MSC, MRICS, NEC PROJECT MANAGER
Phe is a highly motivated Project Manager with a proven track record of setting up and delivering a broad range of defence and commercial projects and programmes. With an employment history of working client side with major UK consultants, she has extensive experience of a wide variety of contracts including bespoke, JCT and NEC contracts. Flexible and proactive, she has a proven ability in adapting and responding quickly to challenges and to changing client requirements. Furthermore, prior to moving into Project Management, Phe was an Associate Cost Manager, which gives her additional insight into the complexities of delivering projects within budget, irrespective of size.

Matthew Cooper
HEAD OF DIGITAL AND PLANNING
BSC (HONS) CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT, MCIOB
Matthew joined JPC in 2013 having previously worked for Laing O’Rourke in a senior role since 2001. Matthew has a Degree in Construction Management and has worked on significant infrastructure projects. Heading up the Digital and Planning team, Matthew is highly experienced in the use of Primavera P6 and MS Project and has a key focus on the reduction of information waste.

Mark Price
SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR
BSC QUANTITY SURVEYING, F.R.I.C.S.
Mark is a seasoned professional and brings considerable experience in Quantity Surveying to the company having worked in both UK private practice and for major UK Contractors as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Design and Build Coordinator. Highly experienced in the production of tender submissions, cost plans, work schedules and bills of quantities together with contract administration and providing the financial control of projects on site, Mark also specialises in digital measurement off CAD or PDF drawings.

Dawn Collom
PLANNER & PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR
Dawn worked for GlaxoSmithkline for 20 years, including 16 years as an Executive Assistant, before joining the Wood Group as a Planning Associate. Thereafter she moved to Daifuku-Logan where she created project plans from bid stage, through to project handover. A Project Planner for over 10 years, Dawn is experienced in the use of Primavera P6/P3 and Microsoft Project and specialises in Airports and Material Handling.​

James Lansdowne
ASSISTANT COST & PROJECT MANAGER
MENG MECHANICAL ENGINEERING, AMIMECHE
James joined JPC in 2020 following his graduation from University. He has a Masters’ Degree in Mechanical Engineering and during his time studying, he spent a year working on the internal project team of a key JPC aviation client, where he developed key performance monitoring tools and supported on client-side Project Management. Focused and detail-orientated, James has recently relocated to Guernsey to assist with various Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Programme activities on projects across Guernsey and the UK, whilst continuing with his professional training and development.

Oliver Corner
GRADUATE QUANTITY SURVEYOR
MSC CONSTRUCTION COST MANAGEMENT, BSC (HONS)
A recent graduate with a Master’s Degree in Construction Cost Management from the University of Reading. Oliver joined JPC in August 2022, to add strength to the UK office’s cost management team, whilst continuing his professional training and development towards RICS chartership.
With a flair for numbers and excellent communication skills, Oliver is already providing Quantity Surveying and Cost Management services to clients in both the UK, and Guernsey, where he is a regular visitor. Additionally, with a BSc in Consumer Behaviour and Marketing, Oliver also has input on the marketing profile of the business.
