Jason Powers
MANAGING DIRECTOR
BSC (HONS) CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT, MCIOB, DIP. CO. DIRECTION
Jason is the Founder / Managing Director of the JPC Group of companies and is responsible for Private Clients and Project Management.
He has over 20 years experience as a construction professional, working as a Project Manager and Design Manager for major contractors worldwide, including the Kier Group, the Costain Group and the UK Department for International Development.
Jason is highly experienced in the Commercial, Retail, Government and Private Sectors and has a history of delivering projects and achieving results for clients.

Colin Carnachan
DIRECTOR

Colin had a successful career at board level in the finance industry before leaving to establish his own business. He has been involved with numerous start-up and developing businesses and is currently the Founder / Managing Director of the SUMO Group of companies, one of the UK’s fastest growing survey groups. Colin has extensive experience of buying and selling businesses, has fluency with funding and banking worlds and takes an active role in brand and market development. Colin is responsible for overseeing the strategic development, marketing and finances of JPC.

Matthew Headley
DIRECTOR
MSC CONSTRUCTION COST MANAGEMENT, MCIOB, ASSOCRICS
Trained as a Quantity Surveyor and supported by a Master’s degree in Construction Cost Management, Matthew has over 15 years’ Cost and Project Management experience within the construction industry. With five of those spent within the Government sector responsible for the delivery of multiple projects across various UK Government agencies, Matthew has knowledge of both new build and refurbishment projects across the Health, Housing, Commercial, Private and Public Sectors, as supported by a portfolio of successful projects and client testimonials.

Andrew Ullyott

Andrew is a Project Manager and Civil Engineer with almost 30 years’ experience in the UK construction industry, working client side as a construction professional at partner level, with major UK / International consultants. Andrew is highly experienced in the Commercial, Residential, Infrastructure, Defence and Scientific sectors and has a history of delivering projects and achieving results for both Public and Private sector clients. Andrew heads up the Bristol Office and is responsible for Commercial and Government Project Management.

Matthew Cooper
PROJECT & PLANNING MANAGER
BSC (HONS) CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT, MCIOB
Matthew joined JPC in 2013 having previously worked for Laing O’Rourke in a senior role since 2001. Matthew has a Degree in Construction Management and has worked on significant infrastructure projects. Heading up the Digital and Planning team, Matthew is highly experienced in the use of Primavera P6 and MS Project and has a key focus on the reduction of information waste.

Mark Price
SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR
BSC QUANTITY SURVEYING, F.R.I.C.S.
Mark is a seasoned professional and brings considerable experience in Quantity Surveying to the company having worked in both UK private practice and for major UK Contractors as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Design and Build Coordinator. Highly experienced in the production of tender submissions, cost plans, work schedules and bills of quantities together with contract administration and providing the financial control of projects on site, Mark also specialises in digital measurement off CAD or PDF drawings.

Dawn Collom
PLANNER & PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR
Dawn worked for GlaxoSmithkline for 20 years, including 16 years as an Executive Assistant, before joining the Wood Group as a Planning Associate. Thereafter she moved to Daifuku-Logan where she created project plans from bid stage, through to project handover. A Project Planner for over 10 years, Dawn is experienced in the use of Primavera P6/P3 and Microsoft Project and specialises in Airports and Material Handling.​
