GFA Football Facility
GUERNSEY
As part of the expansion of playing space for local teams, JPC has been appointed to provide Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Contract Administration services for the development of a new football stadium at Victoria Playing Fields.
Project Summary
The new development will become the headquarters of the Guernsey Football Association (GFA) and the home ground of Guernsey Football Club. The development package, valued at £7.5m, is substantial and includes:

The demolition of the existing temporary facilities.

The construction of a new clubhouse, office facilities and two grandstands.

The conversion of an existing building to retail space and a laundry.

Extensive external works including a new 3G pitch with associated LED floodlighting and improvements to the surrounding infrastructure.
JPC became involved in the project in 2019 at RIBA stage 3 and will continue to provide professional Cost Management, Contract Administration and Project Management services until the project’s completion.
