GFA Football Facility

As part of the expansion of playing space for local teams, JPC was appointed to provide Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Contract Administration services for the development of a new football stadium at Victoria Playing Fields.
Project Summary
The new development is the headquarters of the Guernsey Football Association (GFA) and the Home of Guernsey Football. The development package, valued at £9.25m, included:

The demolition of the existing temporary facilities.

The construction of a new clubhouse, office facilities and three grandstands.

Extensive external works including a new 3G pitch with associated LED floodlighting and improvements to the surrounding infrastructure.
JPC became involved in the project in 2019 at RIBA stage 3 and continued to provide professional Cost Management, Contract Administration and Project Management services through to the project’s completion in early 2025.
