Project Summary

As the Island’s only hospital, the modernisation of the existing facilities at the Princess Elizabeth Hospital, is a priority for the States of Guernsey, with a significant portion of the State’s expenditure provisioned for the project, and a budget of £43.3m allocated.

 

Phase 2 of the modernisation is extensive, with the construction of five new wards, a state-of-the-art breast clinic, the refurbishment of existing facilities and a new high voltage substation included within the scope of works.

 

JPC became involved in the project in July 2022 and will provide Project Planning support until the expected completion of phase 2 in 2027.
