Project Summary

The circa £100m development, which covers an area of over 31,000m2, is a major development, and core to reducing Guernsey’s current shortage of residential and commercial space.

The development includes:

• 320 new units of high energy efficient homes, to be built using modern modular methods of construction

• 2600m2 of mixed-use ground floor commercial space

• 8400m2 of light industrial space

• 8400m2 of retail space for the Channel Islands Co-op.

• Extensive infrastructure for the site and surrounding area, including flood defences

• A multi storey car park with 318 spaces

 

JPC will call upon it’s specialised knowledge of the construction sector in Guernsey, to provide Project Management, Employers Agent and Quantity Surveying services to the investment team, for the entirety of the project’s development.
