Project Summary

 

The project, starting in Q4 2022, aims to completely refurbish a Grade II listed bungalow, with extensive interior and exterior works, to increase the capacity of the existing high-end later-living village.

 

The refurbishments will include:

• The installation of a modern underfloor heating system with associated air source heat pump.

• Extensive Interior and external structural repairs, including works to the roof.

• A large timber patio at the rear of the property.

• Extensive interior restoration of the property, including new floors, soft furnishings, sanitary ware, and wall and ceiling finishes.

JPC became involved in the pre-planning stage of the development in August 2022 and will provide client Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration support until the project’s completion.
