Project Summary

Located in the centre of St Peter Port, the Prince of Wales is a popular town bar and restaurant housed within a protected building, serving contemporary food and drink, and showcasing the great local produce that Guernsey has to offer.

 

As a popular locale, the venue closed in April 2023 for extensive internal renovation works, including  a reimaging of the existing staircase layout, bespoke banquette seating, and new high-quality interior finishes throughout, as well as a refresh of the external façade. Re-opening in November 2023, the renovated bar and restaurant is quickly becoming a new hub for Guernsey’s social scene.

 

JPC became involved in the project in late 2022 and provided Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Contract Administration services through to the project’s completion.
