Our ethos has always been to ‘be there’ for each and every client, to provide that personalised service in what is often a challenging environment. We create value for our clients in their projects, by taking the time to understand their requirements and form a ‘best fit’ brief.

 

We also specialise in re-thinking failed schemes and non-viable projects. JPC are capable of identifying and executing the difficult decisions that are required and of creating the right teams to deliver the ‘ask’

 

This is what we do. Sometimes our larger competitors tend to  forget that your project may be the only project of its kind that you will ever take on, and the chances are that it could be the most important thing to you and be one of the greatest tests of your life.

 

JPC’s project managers have a wealth of practical experience and a track record of delivering successful projects for our clients. We come from a range of backgrounds, both from client-side professional consultancies and delivery-based contractors.

Our collective Project and Programme Management experience transcends all aspects of the project lifecycle and all sectors of the construction industry and our project managers are equally at home working in the public or private sectors. We hold Prince2 accreditation at both Foundation and Practitioner level and are experienced enough to know its strengths and weaknesses.

 

We recognise that no two projects are ever the same and we fundamentally believe in offering a bespoke solution particular to your specific needs, rather than making your requirements fit a pre-defined corporate view of the world.
