We have practical experience of the major programming software including P6 Primivera, Asta Powerproject and MS Project.

 

We are able to advise on realistic timescales, float, programming risk and critical path analysis. We can interrogate programmes and schedules to assist with claims or extensions of time, both substantiating and defending as circumstances dictate.
