Candie Gardens Museum Cafe

JPC has been appointed as Quantity Surveyor for the refurbishment of the historic Guernsey Museum Café on the outskirts of St Peter Port.
Project Summary
Situated adjacent to the Guernsey Museum, the Café is housed within a cast iron Victorian bandstand which requires extensive alterations and improvements to the Kitchen and Café area, including the replacement of curtain walling, reroofing of the bandstand and the construction of external ramped access to the toilets.
JPC joined the project in RIBA stage 3 and will provide Quantity Surveying services to the historic project until the end of RIBA stage 5.
Work on site is expected to start in Q2 2023 with practical completion competition by Q1 2024.
