JPC was appointed to provide technical assurance for two new units on a business park at Vale Park, Evesham.
Project Summary
Vale Park South is a thriving industrial and logistics community in the heart of the UK, located directly off the A46 at Evesham and approximately 10 miles from the M5.
The £2m project provided an additional 2,400m2 GIA of commerical space suitable for mixed office and industrial use.
JPC provided a technical assurance role throughout the construction period prior to our client purchasing the two units upon completion in May 2021.
