Project Summary

 

The £35 million of private investment includes the latest generation 100-bedroom Premier Inn hotel, with an in-house Thyme restaurant. 

 

In addition to the new Premier Inn hotel, the first phase of the development includes: 

 

• 30,800 sq. ft. of Grade A office accommodation

• 2,500 sq. ft. of restaurant/brasserie

• 384 space multi-storey car park

• Extensive landscaping

• Major upgrades to the general infrastructure to Elizabeth Avenue

 

Construction of the first phase of work is complete, including the hand over of the new Premier Inn Hotel. Work is now proceeding on the remainder of the infrastructure, including the new in-house restaurant / brasserie.
