The redevelopment of a contaminated industrial site to provide a new distribution warehouse, offices, retail shop and petrol filling station.
JPC was appointed Lead Consultant with the objective to maximize the land value by interrogating the concept design and providing options to reduce construction costs.
The role lasted from concept to post-completion including managing the appointment of consultants and liaising with legal teams, statutory authorities, stakeholders and potential tenant project teams, including responsibility for all pre and post contract activities.
The project was completed in the agreed timescale and cost that included two fit out packages. During the fit out phase, JPC was further appointed to assist one of the tenants with the fit out of the distribution warehouse and post completion maintenance planning.
