JPC was appointed Employers Agent for the redevelopment of a previously contaminated industrial site into a new distribution warehouse, offices, retail shop and petrol filling station.
Project Summary
JPC’s role lasted from concept to post-completion including managing the appointment of consultants and liaising with legal teams, statutory authorities, stakeholders and potential tenant project teams, including responsibility for all pre and post contract activities.
The project was completed within the agreed timescale and cost, that included two fit out packages. During the fit out phase, JPC was further appointed to assist one of the tenants with the fit out of the distribution warehouse and post completion maintenance planning.
JPC has continued it’s working relationship with the client in more recent projects, including the prestigious Admiral Park development.
