Project Summary

 

JPC was appointed by the developer as Employer’s Agent and Client Design Manager for the construction of this new three story building with astonishing views of the west coast of Guernsey, above a single level basement car park.

 

The role included chairing all project, design and client meetings, programme management and general client team project co-ordination.

 

The project was delivered successfully to approved time and cost.
