Project Summary
JPC was appointed by the developer as Employer’s Agent and Client Design Manager for the construction of this new three story building above a single level basement car park.
The role included chairing all project, design and client meetings, programme management and general client team project co-ordination.
The project was delivered successfully to approved time and cost.
