PROJECT SUMMARY

 

JPC was appointed as Client’s Project Manager and Project Design Manager acting on behalf of the principal investors to ensure the successful delivery of this complex project.

 

It involved demolishing an existing brewery site (whilst retaining the historic façade) and constructing a new six story building containing 32 high quality apartments above a two level basement car park.

 

The role included liaising with relevant stakeholders and statutory departments; acting as client team representative to the project team and consultants; chairing all project, design and client meetings; plus program management and general project co-ordination.

 

This multi-million pound project was delivered successfully to approved time and cost.
